Return policy

We make limited pieces with a lot of care. Please read this before ordering.

We accept returns and exchanges only if:

• Requested within 3 days of delivery
• Item is unworn, unwashed, tags intact
• Original packaging is undamaged

Email us with:

1. Order number
2. Reason for return
3. Clear photos of the item

Requests without photos will not be processed.

We respond within 24 hours on business days only.

Return shipping is entirely the customer's responsibility at ₹150 flat.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item does not meet our conditions.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead. No guaranteed exchanges on limited drops.

All our pieces are quality checked before dispatch. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Defective items will be replaced or refunded in full at no extra cost.
